(registered address: No. 1, Yingbin Avenue, Shangrao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangxi Province) and our affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our") are the operators of the JinkoSolar Competition Platform (including the official website, third-party websites and other platforms, websites, applications, mini programs, etc., which are developed or operated in our name or entrusted by us for the purpose of registration, collection and recruitment during the competition, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "JinkoSolar Campus Competition Platform"). In view of the main purpose of the core business functions of the JinkoSolar Campus Competition Platform is to share job opportunities, competition information, collect candidates' resumes, evaluate the suitability of candidates for the recruitment position, complete the competition registration and collect entries (the "Main Processing Purposes"), we need to collect the following personal information from you when you register, log in and/or use the JinkoSolar Campus Competition Platform and/or participate in activities:
1. Contact Information: Candidate profile information, including Chinese name, English name, nationality, ethnicity, gender, communication and/or email address, phone number, date of birth, current location, place of household registration, emergency contact name/phone number.
2. Identification Information: Candidate's photograph, government-issued identification* such as national ID, passport, professional license number and photocopy, start date of ID card validity, end date of ID card validity, and other unique personal identification information.
3. Educational background: the candidate's educational information (name of school, major, start and end time, level of education, form of study), training records, publications and participation in activities, awards, membership or directorship of various professional organizations/associations or other units, and other relevant professional information as needed.
4. Work experience and professional skills: employment status, work experience (start and end time, company name, industry, department, position, name of immediate supervisor/colleague/human resources department contact person, main reason for leaving, main responsibilities/achievements), language ability (language, proficiency, any certificates), salary expectations, working hours, work location, holidays, benefits, background checks, project participation.
5. Company Relationships: relationship with current employees/suppliers, past employment with us, referring employees (name, relationship, job function, recommended position, contact number, email/QQ number).
6. Employment onboarding information, such as physical and mental health check, health status*, medical examination*, pre-employment psychological assessment*, personality test*, criminal record* or background check results*.
7. Device information: When a candidate uses the official website, mini program, WeChat official account and other technologies or systems of the JinkoSolar Campus Competition Platform through PC devices or mobile devices, we may collect some of your personal information in order to provide you with access and protect system security, such as login data or log activity data, warning information on the device, platform, intranet and system, etc.
8. Other personal data: access records of our interview venues (including office buildings and factories), works of participation in various activities (e.g. innovative competitions, professional/business activities, quality development, etc.).
You agree that we will collect and use the above personal information (of which * is sensitive personal information) for the main processing purposes. If you choose not to provide or agree to our collection and use of some or all of the above information, the product (or service) will not be able to fully operate normally, we will not be able to serve you, or you will not be able to continue to participate in this activity.

1. Verify your information, complete the candidate selection process and conduct relevant and appropriate pre-employment qualification reviews to assess your skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role/responsibilities;
2. Communicate with you about JinkoSolar's activities, career opportunities, and recruitment process, including telephone communication, video communication, on-site communication, etc.;
3. Ensure that candidates meet JinkoSolar's compliance requirements and policies, including conflict of interest reporting, review and audit; administering, reviewing and responding to complaints, investigations and disciplinary matters; establishing, exercising or defending legal claims or other legal rights;
4. Register your emergency contacts, issue emergency notices, arrange interviews, travel and accommodations, review and evaluate expense reimbursements, etc.;
5. Send you an offer, create a personal information file before employment, and participate in various activities such as team building, quality development, and purchase of insurance before or during employment;
6. To contact you about other future positions that may be of interest to you and that align with your skills;
7. Conduct surveys and research activities aimed at improving JinkoSolar's recruitment process;
8. Analyze positions, candidates, resume delivery, interviews, etc., in order to better attract talents;
9. To share with you some activities organized by JinkoSolar (e.g., innovative competitions, professional/amateur activities), collect your proposals, evaluate the compatibility of contestants' proposals with the competition questions, and communicate with you about the process and results of the activities;
10. Comply with local, national or international laws, obligations and legal requirements.
(3) How We Use Your Personal Information
1. In any case, we will process your personal information (including sensitive personal information) in a manner that has the least impact on the rights and interests of individuals. We will collect your personal information directly or from our partners (including but not limited to our suppliers, customers, affiliates, service providers or other entities) in accordance with the law. We and our partners will collect personal information from you to the extent necessary and reasonable. Please provide your personal information truthfully and accurately.
2. Under the premise of complying with national laws and regulations and this Privacy Policy, we will access third-party plug-ins with the function of collecting personal information in the above-mentioned services. We will only share your personal information for legitimate, necessary, specific and explicit purposes. We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share personal information, requiring them to handle information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
(3) Assignment
1. As our business continues to grow, we may enter into mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, and your personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will require the new company or organization that holds your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy, otherwise, we will require the company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again.
2. After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to third parties.

6. Collecting information from legally and publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;
7. In connection with our performance of our obligations under laws and regulations.
According to the law, sharing, transferring, and disclosing personal information that has been made anonymous and ensuring that the data recipient cannot recover and re-identify the information subject, is not an external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data will not require further notice to you and your consent will be obtained.
IV. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We attach great importance to the security of personal information and take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information:

During your use of the JinkoSolar Campus Competition Platform, you may contact us through the corresponding page prompts or in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy to access, correct, and delete your personal information, as well as exercise the right to change the scope of authorization and consent and cancel your account, and your comments will be processed in a timely manner.
(1) Access to Your Personal Information
You have the right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions provided by laws and regulations. If you want to exercise your right to
access your personal information, you can do so in the following ways:
1. Log in to the JinkoSolar Campus Competition platform and view your personal information through the personal account interface.
2. Send an email to HRTA01@jinkosolar.com and we will respond to your access request within 30 days.
We will provide you with other personal information generated during your use of our products or services, so long as the request is reasonable.
(2) Correction of Your Personal Information
You have the right to request that we correct the personal information we process about you when you find that there is an error in it. You can exercise this right in the following ways:
1. Log in to the JinkoSolar Campus Competition platform and correct the relevant personal information through the personal account interface.
2. Send an email to HRTA01@jinkosolar.com to make a correction request and we will respond to your correction request within 30 days.
(3) Delete Your Personal Information
You may request us to delete your personal information under the following circumstances:
1. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
3. If our processing of personal information violates the agreement with you;
4. If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;
5. If we no longer provide you with products or services.
We will evaluate your deletion request and, if the appropriate requirements are met, we will take appropriate steps to deal with it. When you make a deletion request to us, we may ask you to verify your identity to protect the security of your account. When you delete information from our Services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup system due to applicable legal and security technologies, and we will securely store your information until the backup can be erased or made anonymous.

For the collection and use of personal information, you can give or withdraw your authorization and consent at any time. You can do it yourself by sending an email to HRTA01@jinkosolar.com.
Once you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. At the same time, please note that your withdrawal of authorization and consent may lead to certain consequences, such as we may not be able to continue to provide you with corresponding services or specific functions, but your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.
(5) Personal Data Subjects Account Cancellation
You can cancel your previously registered account at any time by sending an email to HRTA01@jinkosolar.com.
After the account is cancelled, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete or anonymize your information according to your requirements, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. This may also result in you losing access to the personal information in your account, so please exercise caution.
(6) Personal Data Subjects Obtain a Copy of Their Personal Information
You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information, which you can do yourself by sending an email to HRTA01@jinkosolar.com.
Where technically feasible, such as data interface matching, we may also directly transfer a copy of your personal information to a third party designated by you at your request.
(7) Restricting Automated Decision-Making in Information Systems
In some business functions, we may only make decisions based on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems, algorithms, etc. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will also provide appropriate remedies.
(8) Respond to Your Above Requests
For security purposes, you may be required to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within thirty days.
In principle, we do not charge a fee for your reasonable request, but we will charge a specific fee for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., need to develop new systems or fundamentally change current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical. Please also understand that due to security considerations, requirements of relevant laws and regulations, or technical limitations, we may not be able to respond to some of your requests, such as in the following situations:

4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgements;
5. Personal Data Controllers have sufficient evidence showing that the Personal Data Subject exhibits malice or abuses rights;
6. For the purpose of protecting the life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests of the Personal Data Subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
7. Responding to Personal Data Subject's request will cause serious harm to the lawful rights and interests of Personal Data Subject or other individuals or organizations;
8. Involving trade secrets.

(1) Storage of personal information
We will only retain your personal information for the shortest period of time stipulated by laws, regulations, or under the conditions/scope otherwise authorized and agreed by you. In addition, in order to continue to provide you with other rich job opportunities and share job-related information, we will continue to retain your personal information in the talent pool after the termination of your recruitment process, and we may contact you or recommend you other job information when there are other matching job opportunities.

Personal information collected and generated in the course of our operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall be stored within the territory of China, except in the following circumstances:
