- Undergraduate, master's and doctoral students, as well as postdoctoral fellows, lecturers, researchers, and professors in universities and related research institutions around the world.

- There is no restriction on majors, and participants are encouraged to form teams across schools, colleges, majors, etc

*A participant may not participate in more than one team at the same time

*According to the completion of the preliminary/final round, the weights of the above scoring dimensions will change accordingly

Preliminary Stage:Submit a project proposal of less than 100 pages ( please submit a PowerPoint of less than 20 pages for innovative business), including team introduction, project background, requirements analysis, plan design, project results, etc, in PDF format.

Final Stage:An in-person exhibition and on-site feasibility demonstration will be the main focus for this stage. The qualified teams will have the opportunity to participate in this exhibition and explain their works. On the day of the finals, the judges will integrate industrial practice & business elements to determine and select the final winners.

*Participating teams must ensure the originality of their works, as well as eliminate infringement, plagiarism and any excessive imitation.

* During the event, the intellectual property rights of all entries are jointly owned by the organizer of the competition and the participating teams. The organizers will communicate with the participating teams in advance about the reproduction, interpretation/display of the entries.
